ASG Hail is an Australian owned and managed hail repair business, with active repair facilities nation-wide. We built our process around managing the repair process autonomously and managing the repair from end to end.

Car Insurance Repairs
We work directly with insurers to manage your claim from assessment through to completion, so you don’t have to juggle multiple points of contact. Every repair is quoted, approved and managed by our team.
Hail Damage Repairs
We assess each vehicle for hail damage, from a handful of dents to widespread storm damage, and recommend the most efficient repair method for what we find. Most vehicles are repaired without ever touching the original paint.
Paintless Dent Removal
Paintless dent removal is our fastest repair method, massaging panels back into shape without fillers or repainting. It’s the first method we look at for hail damage, and it keeps your original factory paint intact.
Windscreen Replacement
We replace windscreens with OEM-standard glass matched to your make and model, using manufacturer-approved adhesives. Any safety system tied to the glass is recalibrated before you collect the car.
ADAS Calibration
Cameras, radar and sensors need recalibrating after a windscreen replacement or panel work. We scan, calibrate and road test every vehicle, so your vehicle’s safety features work the way they should.

ASG Hail is notified by your insurer, or you can contact us directly, depending on the event.

Vehicle Assessed
We assess your vehicle, send a quote and photos to your insurer, and agree a repair date and timeframe with you directly.

Drop-Off & Documentation
Before repairs begin, we complete a pre-existing damage report and record a full, date-stamped video of your vehicle.

Repairs Managed End to End
Our technicians complete paintless dent removal or a combination repair, and we call, message or email you with progress every 3 to 5 days.

Quality Check & Pickup
We inspect every repair to insurer standard, wash and detail your vehicle, and settle any outstanding payment when you collect it.
How Long Does a Hail Repair Take?
Paintless Dent Removal
3–5 working days
Most hail damage without cracked paint qualifies for PDR, our fastest repair option.
Combination Repair
7–10 working days
Some hail damage includes cracked paint or dents too sharp for PDR, so we combine paintless repair with panel and paint work.
Severe, Multi-Panel Damage
Up to 4 weeks
Extensive, multi-panel damage takes longer to source parts and repair properly, so we build in extra time to get it right.
Timeframes depend on parts availability and the extent of the damage. We’ll confirm the estimated timeline once the vehicle has been assessed.

What is paintless dent removal (PDR)?
Paintless dent removal is a repair method that massages dents out of a panel from behind, without needing fillers or repainting. It’s usually the fastest and least invasive way to fix hail damage, and it keeps your original factory paint intact.
What if my car needs more than PDR?
Some damage includes cracked paint or dents too sharp for paintless repair, and in those cases we use a combination repair, blending PDR with panel and paint work. We’ll always explain which method your vehicle needs and why before we start.
Do I deal with my insurer, or does ASG Hail handle that?
We work directly with your insurer throughout the claim, from the initial assessment through to final approval, so you’re not left managing that process alone. You’ll still hear from your insurer at points, but we keep everything moving on the repair side.
What if there’s pre-existing damage on my car?
We complete a pre-existing damage report with you before repairs begin, so anything not related to the hail event is identified upfront. If you’d like extra work done at the same time, we can quote that separately as a private repair.
Will I get updates while my car is being repaired?
Yes. Our team calls, messages or emails you with progress roughly every 3 to 5 days, so you’re not left wondering what’s happening with your vehicle.
What happens if a part is delayed?
Occasionally a required part is delayed by a supplier, and if that happens we’ll let you know straight away and talk through how it affects your timeline. We check parts availability before scheduling your repair to keep this as rare as possible.
